PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel surface treatment apparatus for a metal plate capable of providing a beautiful finish surface which can be used as a material for an interior material or a craft product, and to provide a metal plate treated by the apparatus.SOLUTION: A surface treatment apparatus for a metal plate includes: a device for processing and feeding a metal plate to be subjected to surface treatment in a fixed direction (X-axis, Z-axis and Y-axis are defined as this direction, a vertical direction, and a direction orthogonal to Z-axis and X-axis, respectively); at least two roll brushes; a roll brush holding device for rotatably holding each of the roll brushes to be used while pressing it to a surface (hereinafter called as an XY plane) of the metal plate; and a device for rotationally driving each of the roll brushes to be used. At least the two roll brushes are disposed in such a manner that their central axes cross each other on one plane P parallel to the XY plane. |
