<p>A shot peening apparatus is equipped with a workpiece-placing device (40) which is disposed below a supply port (58) and above conveying devices (24a, 24b), and which places on the conveying devices a workpiece (W) supplied to the supply port. The workpiece-placing device (40) is provided with: a first rotating member (64a) having first contact members (68a) which are brought into contact with the workpiece; and a second rotating member (64b) which is disposed to the side of the first rotating member with a space therebetween, which has second members (68b) that are brought into contact with the workpiece, and which rotates in synchronization with the first rotating member. In a state in which the workpiece (W) is held by the first contact members (68a) and the second contact members (68b), when the first contact members (68a) and the second contact members (68b) rotate, the workpiece (W) is placed on the conveying devices.</p> |
