PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a life span of an eccentric body shaft of an eccentric swing type reduction gear and to improve durability of the eccentric swing type reduction gear itself.SOLUTION: In an eccentric swing type reduction gear 12, external gears 24A, 24B are internally meshed with an internal gear 28 via eccentric bodies 22A, 22B of an eccentric body shaft 20 while they are swung eccentrically or with warpage. A granular carbide having a maximum granular diameter of lower than 4 μm is deposited on a surface of the eccentric body shaft 20. |
