PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration piece that can be reduced in whole size while allowing variations of a CI value between vibration piece elements to be stabilized even when a length of a base portion is shortened, and further to provide a vibrator having the vibration piece, an oscillator provided with the vibrator and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A vibration piece has a base portion and vibration arm portions protrusively formed from the base portion. Cut-out portions are formed on the base portion, and groove portions are formed on front surface portions and rear surface portions of the vibration arm portions. Each of vibration arm portion widths that is a short side of each of the vibration arm portions is 50 μm or more and 150 μm or less. Each of depths of the groove portions of at least ones of the front surface portions and the rear surface portions is 30% or more and less than 50% with respect to each of thicknesses of the vibration arm portions that is an entire length of each of the vibration arm portions in a depth direction. Each of groove widths of at least ones of the front surface portions and the rear surface portions that is a groove width being each of the short sides in openings of the groove portions is 40% or more and less than 100% with respect to each of the vibration arm portion widths. A CI value of the vibration piece is 100 K&OHgr; or less.
