PURPOSE: A complex massage machine heating the massage head with waste heat is provided to have an excellent energy efficiency as the massage machine has a structure delivering the waste heat generated from the electronic components during operation of the complex massage machine to a massage head to heat without installing a separate heating element (a heating wire) for heating the massage head, which requires no electric power supply for operate a heating element. CONSTITUTION: A complex massage machine heating a massage head comprises a massage head (110) made of a heat conductive material contacting with skin; an ultrasonic vibrator (120) equipped on the bottom surface of the massage head; a top cover (130) formed with a placement hole (132) in which the lower part of the massage head is placed; a lower cover (140) positioned in the lower part of the top cover and united with the top cover; a printed circuit board (150) equipped inside the lower cover and mounted with multiple electronic components for operating the ultrasonic vibrator; a power source electrically connected to the printed circuit board in order to supply the electric energy to the ultrasonic vibrator; and a heat transfer medium (170) delivering the heat energy radiated from the electronic component of which the heat radiating temperature is highest in operation among the electronic components mounted on the printed circuit board.
