PURPOSE: A mode key attaching method facilitates quantity identification, storage, and handling by cutting materials laminated by raw materials and a release film, attaching the materials in a line type, and removing the release film to store the materials by line and sheet unit. CONSTITUTION: A mode key attaching method includes a material preparing step (S10) laminating and processing raw materials and a release film; a material cutting step (S20) cutting the processed materials into a size for facilitating storage and handling; an unnecessary material part releasing step (S30) removing an unnecessary part from the cut materials; and an attaching and release film removing step (S40) attaching the materials and removing the release film. The material preparing step processes the laminated materials after laminating the raw materials and the release film according to the kinds of the raw materials or processes the raw materials first and then laminates the raw materials and the release film. The attaching and release film removing step puts a product to a jig, attaches the material part in a line type, and then removes the release film.
