PURPOSE: A support frame for a ship and an installation structure thereof are provided to stably fix cables and to prevent damage to the cables arranged in both sides of vertical parts. CONSTITUTION: A support frame for a ship comprises vertical parts (200), horizontal parts, clamps (400), and frame covers (500). The horizontal parts are installed at the top and the bottom of the vertical parts to form cable passages (102) in which cables (101) are arranged. The clamps are mounted on the side surface of the vertical parts to fix the cables arranged in the cable passage. The frame covers are detachably coupled to the horizontal parts to cover the cable passage. The two or more vertical parts are separately arranged in parallel.
