PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent antistatic properties, further having corrosion resistance and exhibiting low staining properties, and to provide an adhesive film and a surface-protecting film by using the same.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer containing a (meth)acrylic ester monomer having a 1-14C alkyl group as a main component includes a polyether compound, and an ionic compound having a melting point of ≥30°C. Preferably, the ionic compound having the melting point of ≥30°C is not an alkali metal salt. |
