PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal which efficiently radiates heat generated by an electronic component mounted on a circuit board.SOLUTION: A recessed part 23 is provided on a circuit board 20 housed in a housing 11 and where multiple base materials 21 are laminated, and an electronic component 40 is mounted on a bottom surface 23A of the recessed part 23. A heat conductive resin fills the recessed part 23 so as to cover the electronic component 40 and contact with an inner surface 23B in the recessed part 23 thereby forming a cover part 24. Thus, heat of the electronic component 40 is transmitted to a bottom surface 23A and an inner surface 23B of the recessed part 23 through the cover part 24. Therefore, the heat emitted by the electronic component 40 is efficiently radiated. |
