PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable release agent composition having favorable release strength, excellent in wet-on-wet coating properties of a hard coat agent, solvent resistance and flexibility, and applicable to a release agent for a release liner of a three-dimensional decorating transfer film; and to provide a method for forming a coated film, and the release liner using the same.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable release agent composition is composed of: an active energy ray-curable release component (α) obtained by reacting a (meth)acrylate (A), organic isocyanate (B) and a higher alcohol (C); and a film-forming component (&bgr;) having a reactivity with a (meth)acryloyl group and also self-reactivity even in isolation, wherein a mixing mass ratio of both components, (α)/(&bgr;) is controlled to be 1/99 to 50/50. Besides, a cured material of the composition is deformable over 1.03 times the original length thereof without breaking in stretching. |
