PURPOSE: An optical filter device and a method for manufacturing the optical filter device are provided to prevent a reflection film from being bent by the influence of the difference of thermal expansion coefficients or contraction while an adhesive agent is hardened, by accommodating and fixing an interference filter in a housing. CONSTITUTION: An optical filter device comprises an interference filter (5) and a housing (601). The interference filter comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a first reflective film and a second reflective film. The second substrate is bonded to the first substrate as being arranged to face with the first substrate. The first reflective film is installed on the first substrate. The second reflective film is installed on the second substrate and faces with the first reflective film by interposing a gap. The housing accommodates the interference filter. The housing comprises a base substrate (610) where the interference filter can be arranged. A fixing member (7) is arranged between the second substrate and the base substrate, and fixes the second substrate to the base substrate. The second substrate is fixed by the fixing member at one spot except the area where the second reflective film is installed, from the view point of a plane from the substrate thickness direction of the second substrate. |
