PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further suppress battery exhaustion in a portable apparatus which is hold by a user of a vehicle and performs wireless communication with an on-vehicle apparatus mounted on the vehicle.SOLUTION: A portable apparatus 4 comprises: a communication circuit 41 for performing wireless communication with an on-vehicle apparatus; and a control unit 42. The communication circuit 41 and control unit 42 are supplied with drive power by a battery 434. The portable apparatus 4 also comprises: a vibration power generation device 44 for performing AC power generation when the portable apparatus 4 is vibrated; and a wireless charge device 46 for receiving power from a wireless power transmission device transmitting the power wirelessly. The power generated by the vibration power generation device 44 is rectified by a rectifier circuit 45, and the battery 434 is charged with the power rectified by the rectifier circuit 45. The power received by the wireless charge device 46 is rectified by a rectifier circuit 47, and the battery 434 is charged with the power rectified by the rectifier circuit 47.
