PURPOSE: A foldable winder for storing a mat is provided to be easily folded or unfolded by a user alone and to prevent the releasing of the mat from a winding roller while moving or winding the mat. CONSTITUTION: A foldable winder for storing a mat comprises an upper frame (100), a lower frame (200), and an operating unit (500). The top of the upper frame is folded by upper hinges. The upper frame comprises first and second inclined frames (110,120) in which multiple winding rollers (300) for storing the mat are arranged at a predetermined interval. The lower frame is coupled to the bottom of the first and second inclined frames to be folded by lower hinges and comprises first and second horizontal frames (210,220). The operating unit connects the middle of the first and second horizontal frames and moves forward and backward to make the first and second horizontal frames close to or separate from each other. Accordingly, the upper and lower frames are folded on the upper hinges in parallel.
