<p>Methods for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer are provided. In certain aspects, overexpression of KDM2A (also referred to as FBXLl 1 or JHDMIA) is associated with a poor prognosis in certain cancers, such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods of predicting response to KDM2A inhibitor therapies are also provided. Inhibitors of KDM2A may be used in various aspects to treat a cancer.</p> |
