PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the damage of a resin tube that is caused when the resin tube is folded.SOLUTION: A folding method of a resin tube includes: an insertion process in which a resin tube is inserted in the inside of a cylindrical shape mold such that both ends project at both ends of the cylindrical shape mold; a deforming process in which an even force is added in the radial direction from the inside of the resin tube to all over the circumference of the circumferential direction, at least an axial direction outside portion of a projection portion projecting from the cylindrical shape mold of the resin tube is plastically deformed; and a folding process in which an inner peripheral surface of the plastically deformed portion of the resin tube is made to contact with an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical member having an inside diameter larger than an outside diameter of the cylindrical shape mold, the cylindrical member is moved in an axial direction center of the cylindrical shape mold, and the projection portion of the resin tube is folded to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical shape mold. |
