<p>The method involves segmenting data set (18) of blood vessel (10). Two-dimensional position (16) of the blood vessel within data set is determined while inserting a catheter in blood vessel. The two dimensional-position of blood vessel is mapped into three-dimensional position (30) of blood vessel by projection technique. The geometric superposition model of blood vessel is adjusted in data set based on three-dimensional position of blood vessel. An independent claim is included for apparatus for adjusting superposition of a two-dimensional fluoroscopy medical data set of blood vessel in brain of human body.</p> |
