<p>PURPOSE: A video manufacturing device using an interactive character is provided to easily create video by selecting an icon in interface environment and by applying motion information defining various motions of characters in advance. CONSTITUTION: A resource storage unit (110) stores resource information. A dubbing motion icon is selected, and voice data is input through a microphone. A preprocessing unit (150) performs control so that the inputted voice data is linked with the dubbing motion icon and is stored. A video generation unit (160) successively links the information about comment and individual operation of a character caused by one or more the dubbing motion icons and narration information with synchronization information according a video manufacturing signal so that video information is generated.
