PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which reduce migration of electric charges from an isolation part into a charge holding part while retaining breakdown voltage.SOLUTION: In a photoelectric conversion device having a charge holding part in an imaging area, an isolation part for the charge holding part includes: a first isolation part using a PN junction; and a second isolation part using an insulator.
