PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell is provided to reduce a light loss by forming a first rear reflection film functioning as a doping layer on a first intrinsic layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode (120) is located on a substrate (110). A first photoelectric conversion unit (130) is located on the transparent electrode. The first photoelectric conversion unit includes a first p-type doping layer (131) and a first intrinsic layer. A rear reflection layer (160) reflects light passing through the photoelectric conversion unit to the first intrinsic layer.
