PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-absorbing bag having excellent handling properties and capable of reducing the cost without any leakage of the inside air. SOLUTION: In the shock-absorbing bag, a storage part 4 for storing air is formed by overlapping sheet-like members 3a and 3b, and welding the peripheral thereof. A spout 10 equipped with a projecting part 12 projecting to the storage part 4 is interposed between the overlapped sheet-like members 3a and 3b. The sheet-like members are welded to the projecting part 12, and welded parts 20 and 20 in which the sheet-like members are welded to form a pair are formed.
