<p>A vehicle seat comprises a seatback frame formed into a hollow square framework, a head rest attached to the seatback movably in a front-and-rear direction with an upper lever, a lower lever provided in the seatback frame. The upper lever is connected to the lower lever by way of a connection rod. Right and left connection arms of a rear collision detector are attached to the lower lever. Rearward movement of the rear collision detector moves the headrest forward by way of the lower lever, the connection rod, and the upper lever. The connection arms of the rear collision detector are attached to the lower lever in a fixed state for maintaining a specified angle.</p> |
