PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoximation-type room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition whose cured product has excellent mildew resistance both in a regular state and even after being dipped into hot water, which is not yellowed by exposure to an ultraviolet ray, and which has excellent adhesiveness to various adherends. SOLUTION: This room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. polyorganosiloxane whose viscosity at 25°C is 100-500,000 cSt, and whose terminal is blocked by a silanol group or an alkoxy group, (B) 0.1-30 pts.wt. hydrolyzable organosilane, its partial hydrolyzate, or a mixture thereof, (C) a 0.01-0.08 pt.wt. triazolyl group-containing compound, and (D) a 0.01-5 pts.wt. benzoimidazolylcarbamate compound.
