<p>PURPOSE: A spectrum sensing method is provided to transmit and receive data which use a channel allocated to users according to priority. CONSTITUTION: A wireless signal reception unit(210) receives a first wireless signal including a signal and a white Gaussian noise transmitted by a prior user. An SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) measurement unit(220) measures an SNR from the received first wireless signal. A detecting unit(230) selects energy detection and a periodical normality detection for the first wireless signal based on the SNR. A detecting result analysis unit(240) obtains a frequency band based on a detection result of the detecting unit.
