PURPOSE: A scanning method of a digital x-ray image detecting device using a light switching method is provided to scan different scanning areas which are divided into bisection by dividing the scanning area of the image detecting device into halves and positioning different light generating devices at the divided scanning areas. CONSTITUTION: An upper electrode(210) applies voltage for collecting full load positive holes generated at an X-ray PCL(220). The X-ray PCL absorbs incident X-rays and generates an electrode and a positive hole. An ETL(230) accumulates the electrode converted at the X-ray PCL. A readout PCL(240) irradiates light including ultraviolet rays and visible rays to the lower part of a lower electrode and generates the positive holes and electrodes. A light generating device(260) generates an LED or a laser beam. |
