MASKING DEVICE OF AEROSOL JET PRINTER

PURPOSE: A masking apparatus of aerosol jet printer is provided to suck paste that is sprayed from the aerosol jet nozzle when a wafer is masked, thereby preventing the paste from being sprayed to the edge portion of wafer. CONSTITUTION: A masking apparatus (500) of aerosol jet printer includes a masking pipe (510), a driving unit (520), a masking block (530), a fitting (540). The masking pipe sucks the paste that is sprayed from the nozzle of aerosol jet printer. The driving unit moves the masking pipe so as to suck the paste that is sprayed from the nozzle or not. The masking block is installed at the driving unit, and transfers the suction force to the masking pipe. The fitting is installed at the masking block.
