PURPOSE: An outrigger apparatus and an aerial ladder truck having the same are provided to uniformly disperse the load of the aerial ladder truck to first and second unit outriggers. CONSTITUTION: An outrigger apparatus (100) is arranged on an aerial ladder truck having a body and comprises first and second unit outriggers (110, 120) arranged along the longitudinal direction of the body in a line. The first and second unit outriggers are inclined to the longitudinal direction of the body. The lengths of the first and second outriggers are adjustable.
