TRANSPARENT FLEXIBLE LAMINATE AND LAMINATE ROLL

PURPOSE: A transparent flexible laminate and a laminate roll are provided to apply to a display or solar cell etc, to suppress the bending of itself, and to have excellent heat resistance and gas-barrier. CONSTITUTION: A transparent flexible laminate comprises 20-200 μm of glass film and polyimide resin layer. The polyimide resin layer has under 10 ppm/K of thermal expansion coefficient, over 80% of light transmittance at 500 nm wave length. The difference between thermal expansion coefficients of the glass film and polyimide resin layer is 0-3 ppm/K. The transparent flexible laminate can be curved under 150 nm of curvature radius. The transparent flexible laminate is reeled on a roll.
