摘要 |
PURPOSE: A redox flow secondary battery is provided to secure the conductivity of an electrode by using a porous metal with excellent conductivity, and to improve reactivity by coating carbon with a broad specific surface area on the porous metal surface. CONSTITUTION: A redox flow secondary battery comprises a unit cell (100) including a pair of electrodes formed with carbon coated on the surface of a porous metal; a pair of current collectors (40) welded on both sides of the unit cell; and a pair of cell frames (50) attached to each external side of the current collectors. The amount of carbon coated on the surface of the porous metal is 50 wt% or less of the weight of the porous metal. The porous metal is any one selected from nickel, copper, iron, molybdenum, titanium, platinum and iridium. |
