FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: in liquid-propellant engine containing a fixed support frame, a gas generator operating with excess of one of the components, and a turbo-pump unit with a turbine housing and pumps, and with possibility of swaying a combustion chamber with trunnions in the area of minimum cross section of the chamber with a mixing head and a nozzle, a cardan suspension with two transverse mutually perpendicular symmetry axes, one of which is coaxial to trunnions of the chamber, and two supply lines of generator gas and fuel component missing in the gas generator to a cooling circuit of the chamber from the turbo-pump unit with two units of flexible pipelines. The first group of units of flexible outlet pipelines with inlet flanges is connected without any possibility of being moved by means of bent pipelines to the turbine housing and the turbo-pump unit pump, and the second group of units of flexible pipelines is connected by means of outlet flanges if bellows without any possibility of being moved by means of bent pipelines to the chamber housing. The first group of units of flexible pipelines, which is mounted without any possibility of being moved with the turbine housing and the turbo-pump unit pump, is arranged at an acute angle, for example 40°-60° in the plane parallel to the first main swaying plane of the chamber with the cardan, to the second plane that is orthogonal to the first main swaying plane of the chamber with a cardan, which passes through longitudinal symmetry axis of the chamber, and is oriented with its inlet flanges of bellows towards the mixing head, and the second group of units of flexible pipelines, which is mounted without any possibility of being moved with the chamber housing, is arranged with its longitudinal symmetry axes at an acute angle, for example 60°-40° in the plane parallel to the second main swaying plane of the chamber, to the first plane that is orthogonal to the second main swaying plane of the chamber, which passes through longitudinal symmetry axis of the chamber and is oriented with its outlet flanges of bellows towards the mixing head. Besides, bent pipeline of the generator gas supply line to the chamber housing, which is connected to the mixing head of the chamber without any possibility of being moved, is located with its guide trajectory line in the plane passing through longitudinal symmetry axis of the chamber and at acute angles to the main swaying planes of the chamber.EFFECT: reduction of radial dimensions of a liquid-propellant engine; sealing of the engine layout and reduction of the engine weight.3 cl, 6 dwg |
