Invention relates to production of fermented liquid soft drink concentrates. The proposed liquid concentrate is produced by yeast, pure cultures of lactic and/or acetic acid bacteria, their combinations or natural associations thereof. The fermented liquid is further evaporated until its volume is reduced 2-10 times.
