PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control circuit that allows reduction in external components.SOLUTION: A motor control circuit includes a charging circuit, a switching circuit, and a switching control circuit. The charging circuit charges an external bootstrap capacitor. The switching circuit connects the bootstrap capacitor to any of high-side drivers. The switching control circuit controls the switching circuit according to a rotational position of a multi-phase motor so that the bootstrap capacitor is connected to the high-side driver that turns on a high-side switch. |
