PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a customer service providing system using a Web site easily accommodating to novel services directly using the Web site from a customer.SOLUTION: The customer service support system includes: a plurality of POS terminals connected to a communication network and installed at a plurality of service stations of a fuel oil sales company; a host computer of the fuel oil sales company connected to the communication network and collecting POS data from the plurality of POS terminals via the communication network; a Web server connected to the communication network and storing various types of form data formed by processing the POS data collected by the host computer, in such a manner that the data can be extracted by access from the plurality of POS terminals; and a Web site being accessible from the customer terminal via communication network. |
