PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit having a small minimum operation voltage, capable of outputting a small voltage or detecting the small voltage, and arbitrarily obtaining a positive temperature characteristic, a negative temperature characteristic, or a flat temperature characteristic.SOLUTION: The power supply circuit comprises: a depression type first MOS transistor M1 whose drain is connected to a power supply, and in which a lower voltage than that of a source is applied to a gate; and a load whose one end is connected to the other end of the first MOS transistor M1 and whose other end is earthed, and which generates a predetermined output voltage V1 at a connection point to the first MOS transistor M1, by a self bias. The load comprises a depression type second MOS transistor M2 connecting the gate to the drain. |
