PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-security artifact metrics authentication technology using a carbon nano-tube.SOLUTION: The authentication system irradiates a carbon nano-tube containing body C with light of a prescribed wavelength, creates an image data on the basis of reflected light data from the carbon tube containing body C, compares at least two different image data, and determines whether or not each image data is obtained from the same carbon nano-tube containing body C.
