PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing resin retainer that can restrain seizure on a middle of a raceway surface, easily draw a mold at injection molding, and configure a simple mold constitution and to provide a method for manufacturing the same and a rolling bearing.SOLUTION: An inner face of each column part 28 connecting to a first annular part 30 is formed to have a recessed face of which inner diameter is gradually larger toward a middle from one end and the other end in an extending direction of the column part 28. An annular groove 37 tapered to an edge as approaching to a column part side in an axial direction is provided on an end face 35 of a side adverse to the column part side of the first annular part 30.
