PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal apparatus having a light guide structure of an optical element capable of reliably shielding inside/outside of an optical path and reducing the pressure applied from the inside of a panel.SOLUTION: The portable terminal apparatus includes: optical elements 71-73 each detecting outgoing light or incoming light; a substrate 70 including optical elements 71-73 provided thereon; a panel disposed facing the substrate 70; a partition member 60 for partitioning an optical path between the panel and the optical element 71-73, which has light shielding feature and elasticity, and is fixed in an elastically deformed state between the substrate 70 and the panel. The partition member 60 is configured including cutouts E1a, E1b, E2a-E2c, E3a, E3b thinner than an intermediate portion of the substrate 70 and the panel in an edge area where is in contact with the substrate 70 or the panel. |
