[Also in Division B8] The trough sections of a scraper conveyer have sloping wall sections 3 attached to them by bolts 4, 5 and brackets 6, and each wall section has a tube 12 for guiding a coal plough carriage 10 along the walls by means of lugs 11 which engage the tube. The plough body 8 is rockable on the carriage 10 about a boss 13 and is movable along the coal face by a chain 9, 9<SP>1</SP>. A strip 16 prevents coal getting between the sloping wall 3 and the conveyer wall 7.
