PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route search device capable of performing the route search properly reflecting the actual required time, and also to provide a server device which provides information required for the route search device.SOLUTION: In a route search device for searching a route from a departure place to a destination place, the waiting time when a moving body or the like cannot advance toward the advancing direction due to a lighting state of a signal lamp is taken into consideration to calculate the route search result properly reflecting time required during actual traveling by performing the route search by taking into consideration the waiting time based on the lighting state of the signal lamp existing in the route transmitted from a server device.
