PURPOSE: A method for collecting a bone marrow stem cell concentrate is provided to simply isolate ultrapure bone marrow components by bone marrow injection, centrifugation, and isolation of separated bone marrow components without opening or closing a cover. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting a bone marrow stem cell concentrate comprises the steps of: collecting bone marrow from human body by a bone marrow injection part, a bone marrow outlet part, and a bone marrow collection syringe; injecting the collected bone marrow through a bone marrow injection hole formed at the bone marrow injection part without opening or closing a cover of a collection container while foreign materials of bone marrow are filtered by a microfilter of the bone marrow injection part; centrifuging and separating the bone marrow into plasma, a bone marrow concentrate, and erythrocytes; injecting each components through the needle of a syringe for separation using the rubber cap of an outlet hole formed in the bone marrow outlet part without opening or closing the cover; and collecting a bone marrow stem cell concentrate while the syringe and the needle are exchanged.
