PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance simplicity or efficiency of presentation processing in a conference system so as to facilitate cooperation among individuals.SOLUTION: A system and a method for providing a client software for enabling access to a projector device from a network via a projector device are provided. The projector device includes a light-emitting device for projecting visible light indicative of image information on a screen, a network interface, and a control unit. The control unit provides network devices with the client software which enables the network devices to communicate with the projector device; receives an input from the client software operating in the plurality of network devices via the network interface; processes the input from the client software so as to generate the image information for the light-emitting device; and provides the generated image information to the light-emitting device for performing projection onto the screen.
