PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equalization device capable of equalizing voltages of both ends of a unit cell reliably by eliminating a leakage current.SOLUTION: A plurality of different power sources are provided independently from unit cells CL1-CLn, and are connected to minus electrodes of the respective unit cells CL1-CLn. A plurality of level-shift circuits 61-6n and 71-7n, each formed of transistors Tr21 and Tr22 and transistors Tr41 and Tr42, are provided for each of FETs Q1 and Q2. Each of the level-shift circuits 61-6n and 71-7n is formed of the transistors Tr21 and Tr22 and the transistors Tr41 and Tr42, and outputs an on/off signal formed of a range of potentials of both electrodes of a different power source by turning on/off the transistors Tr21 and Tr22 and the transistors Tr41 and Tr42 to the gates of the FETs Q1 and Q2. Photocouplers 81-8n, 91-9n are provided between both electrodes of the different power source, and one end thereof is connected to a base of the transistors Tr21 and Tr22 and the transistors Tr41 and Tr42. |
