PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating member or the like having a coating capable of being made thicker, and excellent in adhesion with a substrate.SOLUTION: A coating member includes: a substrate (18); an electrical discharge surface treatment coating layer (20) formed on a surface of the substrate; and a second coating layer (30) formed on the other side of the electrical discharge surface treatment coating layer, wherein the electrical discharge surface treatment coating layer has an inclined part (22) formed on the surface (18a) of the substrate and comprising a material of the substrate and a first coating material different from that of the substrate, wherein a content of a constituent element of the substrate decreases corresponding to a distance from the surface of the substrate. |
