PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device configured to reduce processing amount in comparison with the case that the present configuration is not provided in extracting the number of lines and an angle of a line screen used for an image.SOLUTION: Change point detection means of an image processing device detects a point where a pixel value in a main-scanning direction of an image changes, as a change point. Feature point extraction means extracts a midpoint between the change point and a change point in a main-scanning direction from the change point, as a feature point. Feature point selection means sets a feature point extracted by the feature point extraction means, as a feature point of interest, and searches a peripheral area of the feature point of interest to select a plurality of feature points same in kind as the feature point of interest. Calculation means calculates a vector indicating a distance between the feature point of interest and the feature point selected by the feature point selection means and a direction. Screen line angle extraction means extracts the number of lines and angle of a line screen used in the image, on the basis of a distribution of the vector calculated by the vector calculation means. |
