PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of forming a preferable high dynamic range image with securement of precision in detection of positional deviation.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus outputs a first image by performing first image processing for matching image brightness between images to a plurality of images each having a different exposure amount, and outputs a second image by performing second image processing to the plurality of images different from the first image processing for matching image brightness between images. The image processing apparatus detects a position deviation amount between the plurality of images, corrects the position deviation between the second images by using the position deviation amount, composes the plurality of position deviation-corrected second images as one image, multiples a uniform first gain to a pixel in the first image processing, and multiples a second gain corresponding to brightness of the pixel in the second image processing. |
