摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A solid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) probe for analyzing the structure of an LCD panel is provided to help to confirm the features of the three-dimensional arrangement of liquid crystal molecules. CONSTITUTION: A solid NMR probe for analyzing the structure of an LCD panel is composed of a main coil unit (110), a C channel tuning unit (120), a trap unit (130), an F channel tuning unit (140), and a coaxial cable unit (150). The main coil unit applies a magnetic field to an LCD panel specimen or a liquid crystal. The C channel tuning unit is connected to one end of the main coil unit. The trap unit is connected to the C channel tuning unit in a row. The F channel tuning unit is connected to the other end of the main coil unit. The coaxial cable unit is connected between the F channel tuning unit and the main coil unit. The solid NMR probe applies a first pulse to a first terminal connected to the C channel tuning unit and the trap unit and measures the reflected signal. The solid NMR probe applies a second pulse to a second terminal connected to the F channel tuning unit and measures the reflected signal to obtain an F NMR spectrum from the reflected signals.
