PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire useful information for monitoring server failure.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a program for causing a client device to execute processing including: generating a processing request telegram obtained by making a processing request for a first server device include status information including information indicating a status of the first server device stored in a storage unit; transmitting the processing request telegram to the first server device and a second server device monitoring the first server device; and receiving new status information from the first server device.
