PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of the overshoot phenomenon of controlled variables called reset windup in accordance with the change of a target value under situations that a control unit includes an integrator, and manipulated variable saturation is generated in a feedback control device.SOLUTION: A correction target value is set in addition to an original target value, and the correction target value is input to a control unit instead of the original target value. The value of the correction target value is set to a value which is the closest to the original target value within a range in which a manipulated variable to be calculated by the control unit is not across manipulated variable saturation, or the manipulated variable which is the same as the manipulated variable to be obtained by inputting the correction target value to the control unit is output. |
