PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently widen the band of a probe for a photoacoustic device.SOLUTION: A probe for a photoacoustic device, which detects acoustic waves emitted from the body to be tested having been irradiated with light, includes: an inorganic transducer that includes a lower electrode 52, an inorganic piezoelectric thin film 53, and an upper electrode 54, and that detects acoustic waves in a predetermined first frequency domain; and an organic transducer that includes a lower electrode 56, an organic piezoelectric thin film 57, and an upper electrode 58, that is formed so that the area of the signal electrode is larger than that of the inorganic transducer, and that detects acoustic waves in a second frequency domain that includes a domain of a lower frequency side than the first frequency domain. |
