PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED drive circuit that easily ensures operational stability while reducing a power loss.SOLUTION: The LED drive circuit for driving an LED includes: a switching converter for converting an input voltage to generate an output voltage to be output to an anode side of the LED; and a current driver disposed between a cathode side of the LED and a ground point to control on/off a current flowing through the LED. The switching converter is configured to receive a feedback signal fed back in dependence on a voltage applied to the current driver and generate the output voltage on the basis of the feedback signal. In the path of feedback, a phase compensating capacitor is connected. While the current flowing through the LED is off, a voltage of the phase compensating capacitor is saved unchangingly. |
