PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry support device, an inquiry support method, and a program that enable a user to make an inquiry to an inquiry destination without being aware of a format corresponding to the inquiry destination.SOLUTION: An inquiry support device 10 comprises: a receiving section 11 that receives input information A1 including an inquiry content from a user; a determination section 12 that determines an inquiry destination of the inquiry content on the basis of the inquiry content of the input information A1 received by the receiving section 11; a creating section 13 that creates inquiry data A3 which is data including the inquiry content and conforms to a format corresponding to the inquiry destination determined by the determination section 12; and a transmission section 14 that transmits the inquiry data A3 created by the creation section 13 to the inquiry destination. Thus, the inquiry support device causes the inquiry content of the input information A1 inputted by the user to be automatically included in the inquiry data A3 conforming to the format of the inquiry destination, and transmits the data to the inquiry destination. |
